To access this site, you must perform the following actions:

Note: If you are using a company provided laptop, all of the below actions are accomplished automatically. If you are using something other than company provided equipment to access this site, you must perform the below actions manually.

  1. Turn Off Any Pop-Up Blockers: If you must use Pop-Up Blockers, "*.GoldenLiving.Com", *.BeverlyCorp.Com", and "*.BeverlyHealth.Com" must be excluded from the Pop-Up blocker. If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  2. Make "*.GoldenLiving.com", "*.BeverlyCorp.Com", "*.BeverlyHealth.Com" trusted sites: From within Internet Explorer select "Tools", "Internet Options". In the Section titled "Temporary Internet Files" click on the "Security Tab". Select the "Trusted Sites" ICON and select the "Sites" button, then click on the "Advanced" tab. In the section titled "Add this Web site to the zone" key in "*.BeverlyCorp.Com" (no quotes) and click the "Add" button. Perform the same task but this time key in "*.BeverlyHealth.Com" and click "Add". Finally, perform the same task but key in "*.GoldenLiving.Com". If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  3. Disable IFrames for the Trusted Sites Zone: From within Internet Explorer select "Tools", "Internet Options". In the Section titled "Temporary Internet Files" click on the "Security Tab". Select the "Trusted Sites" ICON and then click on the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down until you find the setting titled "Launching programs and files in an IFRAME" and set this setting to "Disable". If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  4. Post Windows XP SP2 Hotfix: If you have Windows XP SP2 installed a Hotfix is required to access the site. To see if you have Windows XP SP2 installed, from your desktop, right-click "My Computer" and select Properties. Look underneath "System". The OS will be displayed (Microsoft Windows XP). Underneath "Version 2002" will be the Service Pack. If this is identified as "Service Pack 2" then you must install a Hotfix. The Hotfix can be downloaded/installed from here. If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this is done for you automatically.

  5. Update Root Certificates: Install the latest root certificates. The latest root certificate update can be installed from Windows Update (non-critical updates) or installed from here:.

  6. Install the Verisign "Root Certificate": Found here (Note: Save the file local and then double-click to install). If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  7. Install the Thwate "Root Certificate": Found here (Note: Save the file local and then double-click to install). If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  8. Install the Thwate "Intermediate Certificate": Found here (Note: Save the file local and then double-click to install). If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop, this change is done for you automatically.

  9. If you are using VISTA: You must first download and install version 10.200 (or higher) of the Citrix Client. This client can be downloaded/installed from here.

NOTICE!!! The primary change resulting from the upgrade is that *.GoldenLiving.Com must be defined as a trusted site within your browser. If you are accessing this site from a company provided laptop this will have been done automatically. If you are accessing from your home PC, you will need to do this manually.
